# 6. Pricing Model and Revenue Structure

#### 1) Pricing Model

WGA provides three distinct pricing models.

**Subscription Model**

* Target: Web2 services, Web3 projects
* Structure:
* Monthly or annual subscriptions
* Data processing volume limits tiered by level
* Access to core reports and dashboards
* Defined API call limits
* Scope of provision:
* Starter: Dashboard access and monthly report generation
* Professional: Dashboard access, weekly report generation, and restricted API access
* Enterprise: Dashboard access, custom report generation, and unrestricted API access
**Report Sales**

* Target: Investment firms, research organizations, and entities with ad-hoc analytical requirements
* Structure:
* One-time report purchases per project
* Analysis of specific periods, channels, or campaigns
* Provision for custom metric inclusion

**Enterprise Package**

* Target: Large-scale advertisers, data purchasers, and financial institutions
* Structure:
* Unrestricted API access
* Clean dataset export functionality
* Dedicated support and consultancy
* Customized metric development
* SLA guarantees

#### 2) Revenue Structure

WGA generates revenue through the sale of B2B data products.

**Revenue Sources**

* Subscription Revenue

Establishes stable cash flow from monthly and annual subscription clients, primarily consisting of Web2 and Web3 service operators.

* Report Sales

Facilitates project-specific customized reports for investment firms, research institutions, and clients with specific one-time analytical needs.

* Enterprise Contract

Long-term agreements tailored for high-volume clients, incorporating unrestricted API access, clean datasets, and dedicated support.

**Growth Trajectory**

In the initial phase, the framework aims to establish a stable recurring revenue structure through a base of subscription clients and foundational enterprise contracts.

The intermediate phase focuses on securing industry-specific references and expanding the client base through partner referral programs.

In the long-term phase, WGA intends to increase the proportion of enterprise clients and develop secondary products, such as AI training datasets and alternative data packages, utilizing verified clean datasets.

#### 3) Market Positioning

WGA is not categorized as an analytical tool. WGA serves as infrastructure providing verifiable behavioral data.

Existing analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Dune, remain in use. WGA operates as a layer that enhances the reliability of the data upon which these tools depend.

WGA does not replace existing analytical tools. Instead, WGA adds a trust layer to ensure that the resulting outputs are suitable for informed decision-making.
