# 2. Step-by-step roadmap

#### Phase 1 — PoE + AI Proof MVP (Proof Gateway Launch)

The objective of Phase 1 is to demonstrate that the WGA architecture functions within actual data environments.

Key Implementations: 

* Minimum implementation of PoE-based data collection flows and the AI Proof Engine.
* Collection of authentic user behavioral data through TheFan Gateway.
* XYZD recording of AI-verified data and batch-unit anchoring.
* Internal testing of Reward Credit calculation and settlement structures.
* Verification of the accounting flow for the Reward Pool.

#### Phase 2 — Soft DePIN Integration & B2B PoE Expansion

In Phase 2, the Proof generation structure expands from a single service to a network-wide scale..

Key Implementations : 

* Public release of the Soft Node SDK / API.
* Integration of behavioral data with external Web2 and Web3 services.
* Expansion of PoE partnerships targeting B2B marketing agencies and Web3 projects.
* Ensuring Proof generation and comparability across diverse service environments under unified standards.

The core objective at this stage is not to determine where the data originated, but to standardize the criteria by which it is validated.

#### Phase 3 — AI Policy Engine & Token Economy Automation

Phase 3 marks the transition where verification results are automatically reflected in policies and settlements.

Key Implementations : 

* Application of differential reward logic based on Proof quality.
* Automation of Reward Credit calculations and XYZ settlement flows.
* Adjustment of policy coefficients based on activity patterns and data quality.
* Commercialization of Proof-based ROI reports and network operational metrics.

At this stage, the token functions as an execution unit that standardizes settlement and cost calculation based on validated results.

#### Phase 4 — Trust Infrastructure Expansion & Global Standardization

Phase 4 scales WGA from an individual project into a foundational data trust infrastructure.

Key Implementations : 

* Advancement of the PoE + Soft DePIN architecture.
* Refinement of Proof integrity standards and long-term recording policies.
* Expansion of the Proof Anchoring structure for global environments.
* Verification of the applicability of data trust standards across various industries.
