# 2. XYZ Token - Supply, Distribution, and Economic Control

XYZ Token - Supply, Distribution, and Economic Control

XYZ is the circulating unit responsible for settlement and feedback loops within the WGA network.

The role of XYZ is not to serve as a reward to incentivize participation, but to link the flow of Proof-based results—through settlement, usage, and subsequent feedback into network operations—under a single accounting standard.

In the WGA framework, circulation does not initiate with the act of distributing tokens. Usage and verification occur first, and settlement only becomes possible after Proof has been generated. XYZ is the unit designed to execute this settlement and process data product consumption and network operational costs according to a uniform standard.
