# 4. Dual-Layer Token Circulation Structure

(WGA Proof Economy – Execution & Cost Flow)

**Structural Overview**

* Data Proof Layer (XYZD)

XYZD is an internal Proof unit not intended for circulation. Only behavioral events that pass AI verification are recorded as XYZD. This record functions exclusively as an input value for reward calculations and policy determinations. No value transfer or trading occurs with XYZD itself.

* Reward Calculation & Settlement (XYZ)

While rewards are calculated based on XYZD, the actual movement of XYZ occurs only when a user executes a Claim or when specific policy conditions are met. This architecture ensures that Proof generation, reward calculation, and circulation execution remain distinct and independent processes. XYZ is redistributed strictly within the Hard Cap; there is no increase in supply through unverified data or immediate/automated rewards.

* Network Cost Structure

The network incurs substantive operational costs during Proof verification, integrity recording, and analytical execution. These costs are not charged directly to the user; instead, they are accounted for internally using XYZ as the standard unit. In the initial phases, these costs are shared by the Foundation, partners, and early investors. As data product consumption increases, a portion of these costs is offset by external demand.

* Circulation Logic

&#x20;The circular flow of WGA adheres to the following sequence.

ehavior → Verification → Proof (XYZD) → Reward Calculation → Claim → Settlement (XYZ) → Cost Processing

In this structure, the token emerges only as a settlement unit after verification and execution have been completed.
